Securing your booking

  • A £80 deposit is required to secure the booking - this is non refundable and deducted only from the wedding day.

  • Please note this is due within 3 days of the invoice being sent and the booking is not secure until this is paid in full and you have received a confirmation email from Leanne. - If this is not received within the 3 days we have the right to release the date.

  • By paying your deposit you are agreeing to all T&cs below

Payment

  • All payments must be made via Bank transfer only.

  • The trial is a separate chargeable service & is due no later than the trial date. If you decide not to go ahead after the trial, the trial fee and deposit are detained by us.

  • We do not take payments on the wedding day

  • If you have a larger bridal party and it occurs that I am unable to get everyone ready on time I can bring along an experienced team to assist me.

    There may be a small charge to cover this, prices can be advise once I know your requirements. 

Cancellation and changes

  • If for any reason you decide to cancel your wedding or booking within 12 weeks of the date the full balance is still due.

  • Your retainer deposit is non refundable

  • If any part of the booking is cancelled within the 12 weeks of your wedding the full balance is due - this includes a decrease in numbers to the bridal party agreed at the time of booking.

  • Changes to location - further travel fess will be added if location changes.

  • All parking charges are to be covered by the client.

  • Travel is charges at 45p per mile after this first 15 miles from my postcode GL2 - this also includes the return journey,

Extras

  • The client agrees that the makeup artist may use any photography for publicity purposes which include but are not limited to the makeup artists website and social media pages. 

  • Trials are taken out in my home (GL2 4DX ) unless otherwise arranged – travel prices then may apply. 

  • The client shall inform the make up artist of any issues that may affect the use of any equipment or products. This includes but is not limited to sensitivities, allergies and medical conditions. 

  • For corporate clinets an invoice will be sent and payment is expected no later than 30 days after the job is completed
